Ayyyeee… What’s Goodie Everyone. So I got some beautiful news to share. This is about #dontkillthemessenger With Dream Nicole podcast.

So when I started this podcast four years ago… I went through trial and error. I had three successful seasons before 2020 and decided to delete them all and start over from scratch. I planned on not continuing the podcast and moving into other endeavors. But at the end of 2021 and moving into 2022, I began to get emails and DM’s from random people asking me if #dontkillthemessenger with Dream Nicole was coming back and how they wanted the podcast to be on air again because people loved the previous seasons. To be honest, I didn’t think people liked it that much and I didn’t feel that I was getting the listenership I needed to keep it going. I was overwhelmed with joy and happiness but a bit perplexed because I didn’t know where to start or how to convey a message. But then I remembered how I began the podcast and decided to just be authentically me and just TALK.

What I didn’t realize was what a gift I truly have; Just a microphone, my thoughts and feelings and the ability to pour my heart and soul on this mic with laughter, jokes and stories. I had a podcast in between the ending of #dontkillthemessenger with Dream Nicole in 2020 and The season 1 opener in 2022 called “Journalism & Chill” but that wasn’t well received and the original fans of #dontkillthemessenger didn’t like it. Simply put, I ended that podcast and decided to go back to the drawing board.

I took a break from podcasting to focus on other personal endeavors such as becoming a patient Care Technician, Publishing a internet erotica novel series and healing my mental health, within those endeavors I decided out of the blue to listen to my fans and supporters and on August 8,2022 I re-debuted #dontkillthemessenger and ever since then… I’m glad that I have listened to my fans and supporters because who would’ve thought that the podcast would take off and become known and we’ll recognized worldwide!

#dontkillthemessenger with Dream Nicole is a stand- up comedy podcast where I perform my 30 minute routine in front of 10 people on Saturday nights in an undisclosed location in Brooklyn, New York. Sometimes I’ll bring the audience to my home and other times I will bring them elsewhere. The podcast is NOT live meaning it is recorded. I talk about topics that are random at most and includes hot topics, relationships and so much more. Each segment is 30 minutes and depending on the importance of such subjects with what time will allow, can run up to an hour. The episodes premiere one or two Saturdays nights a month on Spotify, Apple Podcast, Google Podcast, iHeartRadio and other digital platforms.

So here’s the news that you all been waiting for reading this: #dontkillthemessenger went #1 on Apple Podcast Stand -Up genre in FOUR COUNTRIES since October of 2022 with the spot still being held right now. The Republic of Palau, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, and Kenya showed so much love and support that the numbers went up which helped reached it’s #1 spot on Apple Podcast Stand-Up Genre. So with that I want to say thank you very much!!!! The love and support is very appreciated and I’m absolutely humbled and grateful for it all. Second: #dontkillthemessenger will be coming in hot with it’s Third Season debuting June 1, 2023 and the season will have a live broadcast. Date and location to be announced sometime soon. Third, I will be raising funds through crowd-sourcing to bring the podcast on an international tour and do live tapings infront of the audiences. I would love to do the tapings in the countries that showed support. So I am working on that and ensembing a team to get this done. I will keep you all updated!

Season 2 is absolutely NOT finished yet. With three more episodes to go, a brand new episode is premiering Saturday March 18, 2023 at 10pm Eastern Standard Time.
